It is not always obvious that you are in an abusive relationship. Most people think physical violence when they hear the word abuse. But that is not the only form of abuse that victims endure. It can also include emotional, economic, sexual, and social abuse. The behaviors may be subtle and many people do not recognize them at first.
Use the two exercise below to help you think through situations, and how you felt during them. The questions below will help you better understand if there is a chance you are not in a healthy relationship.
